Noël Victor was a painter, draftsman, and graphic artist. He embarked on his artistic journey at the Mons Academy in 1930, where he pursued his studies in painting until 1939. In his early years, he crafted depictions of traditional scenes in a classical style, but by 1946, he began his foray into abstract works. It was around 1954 that he produced his first geometrically abstract pieces.
The vivid colors and intricate construction in his works define his style.
Alongside fellow artists such as Jo Delahaut and Guy Vandenbranden, Noël Victor was an active member of several art collectives.
